Today in Páirc Uí Chaoimh, our hurlers had a great performance, but couldn't get a result against a very strong Gaelscoil na Dúglaise team.
It was a tough but fair game from start to finish. An early goal in each half made a significant difference, with a final score of 3-5 to 1-4, on a hot summer's morning.
We were proud of how our players never gave up. They arrived back to the school for a guard of honour, a little disappointed, but in good spirits nonetheless.
Well done too, to the fellow pupils and families who came to support. The sound of bodhráns filled the stadium. Maith sibh gach duine.
